jaymeharris I have purchased 2 of these necklaces (4 total necklaces from you & loved everyone). I just ordered this necklace 2 weeks ago & gave it to a friend for her birthday (I didn't even open the package beforehand). She messaged me this am after opening it & it was broken! Do you refund? She wants another necklace? HELP!

mollydolly @jaymeharris hi what was broken in it? I always check before sending out so it could have broke while being shipped.. you would need to open a case with Poshmark I can't refund

mollydolly @jaymeharris that's really strange because I always send them whole...! Sorry on behalf on post office maybe you should open a case with poshmark and see what they can do maybe they can open a case for insurance with the post office for damaged parcel
