marissalyn13 @flora27 hi I’m so sorry for delay! I missed this comment somehow! Yes the V is an open V (lace trim) yet top of the V is fabric buttoned together. Really cute! The waist band I would say has a little bit of give but is not stretchy. Bust underarm to underarm is 18in one side. The waist band is about 16 in one side. Hope that helps!
