Vince Sequins Tunic

Great top to dress up or down. The top is a rayon-polyester so it's super comfy even though it's covered with sequins....and it's not heavy. All sequins seem to be in place but one tiny piece is loose by the collar...but it's not gone and still ready to rock. Size small but can fit a small-medium.
