2 piece royal blue halter top

This is my prom dress from last year! I am 5'2" and weigh 95 pounds. I only wore it for 2 hours and took it right off! The dress is a size 0. I paid $450 and I am starting off at 400. The dress has not been dry cleaned. I will take a lower offer, 400 is just a start.😊
