Hi Amine, I'm sorry to hear your sweater does not fit as you expected. With online shopping, it's hard to get the perfect fit sometimes, but that's how you get such great deals! I saw you gave me a one star rating because the item did not fit you. Posh ratings are not based on fit, they are based on item description, cleanliness, shipping time, packaging, etc. All things that are within the buyers control. Whether or not the sweater fits is unfortunately not something I can control.

As a seller, ratings are very important to me, and i would really appreciate if you could re-evaluate your rating based on the above mentioned categories, and not based on fit, since that is not what Posh ratings are supposed to be based on.

Once again, I'm quite sorry the sweater didn't fit as you had hope and I'd like to offer you a 30% discount if you purchase again. I can measure the piece for you so that you can make sure it fits. Also, you are welcome to "reposh" an item if it doesn't fit - resell it on your Poshmark account!

Het back to me and let me know if you still want them. I cannot sell them for that cheap on Poshmark because Poshmark charges a sellers fee plus charves you for shipping! Please go purchase on our website for $150 you will not be charged for shipping either! Let us know so we can cancel the order if you don't want it.
