And then all this inventory incoming (and enough not right that it created extra stress). Plus, with ppl in every room I just had no space to do anything. I literally had to kick ppl out of my room on Monday before SF just to package 6 things!

foxarazzi @flirtygirl2015 no because I'm so busy trying to actually do the inventory and answer the questions and run the groups and package the sales and reorder and get stuff delivered and quality check it and take the pics that yeah... not much time! I'm halfway thru inventory. I have suits next 😫 the problem is I need better sources. Some are reliable but don't have what I want. Some have what I want but aren't reliable. Some start out reliable then suck lol

My grandma was a seamstress and ran clothing boutiques. Two of the women on my mom's side owned shops way back in the day. One was a milliner and the other had clothing and fabric and everything under the sun. So although I never thought I'd be in fashion, I've always wanted my own biz

foxarazzi @flirtygirl2015 and thank you, well I over ordered jewelry. I think it's good to have variety but it isn't good to overwhelm the eyes. Just my opinion. My jewelry used to sell like crazy but I also think I shared it more. I do love summer & spring so bikinis and dresses are kind of my thing - plus I'm a CA girl. I was smart and sourced some sellers who are close enough that I don't have to keep all the stuff in stock. It's almost like a drop ship.

foxarazzi @flirtygirl2015 yeah, there's a wide range of quality but china gets a bad rap that is not entirely deserved. They can replicate an expensive dress from Gucci and it's like $50. I buy stuff all the time and ppl are like, oh that's just like Free People or Feather and Boa or Frankie's swimwear or Gooseberry lingerie. And sure enough I look it up and there it is. I'm not even about replicas. Just see something pretty and buy it!

foxarazzi I forgot to reply to your last message/ as far as the bags go, I think they are really cute & look well made (not like some "handmade" items. As far as pricing, that's definitely up to you. I know when I've handmade something the value increases (at least in my own mind😂). No, but you can charge what you want. I would consider : the cost of materials, time & then compare pricing with similar items to be realistic. Your price point vs perceived value to buyers will help you sell more.

foxarazzi I love the bigger bag by the way. I loved both. You could sell sets, why not? You should make iPad covers & wristlets that fit iPhones 📱 just ideas! And with everyone going green and getting away from plastic, tote bags & shoppers would be cool. I am looking for one that has pouches in the front and inside (hard to find). I know those are pretty simple because we made them in the basic seeing class I took in SD. I didn't actually make one because I was too busy helping ppl 😅

There aren't too many people sharing so your listings won't get drawn out and again.. there's a chance for new people to see your listings.
