@kristinian 9.5 inches I'm narrow & flat footed ... never bought a heel from Bebe. In heels I'm usually a 7.5 but in close toes I'm an 8 esp with socks but i don't want it to be loose bc i could fall since these are so high

@socutenat Ok, it was hard to get the tape measure inside the boot. The best measurement I could get from the back of the heel coming around to the front of the toe on the 7 is exactly 9 inches. If your foot is 9.5, your toe will be touching and eventually, you'll bruise your toenail. Ouch. On the 8, it's 10 inches which gives you that extra half inch you need from your big toe and with socks, I think you're going to be fine.

@socutenat They're not supposed to be tight on your foot like an ice skate boot. They zip up from the side. From your comments about open toe vs closed toe, I think you need the 8 in my honest opinion.You don't have a wide foot and as far as the flat goes, this shoe will remedy anything flat because you will be walking 6 inches taller in these gorgeous booties! Let me know if I can answer anymore questions.

@zayka26 Being too small is one thing but to say that they arrrived damaged is just wrong and not true. Had you spoke to me first before telling a lie on the rating, we could work this out. You also left out the fact I gave you a beautiful free pashmina scarf and a lovely note. I don't send damaged goods and don't appreciate the dishonesty.

@zayka26 Again, the common courteous thing to do is to talk to me first before you put me on blast. I personally inspected those shoes before they left my home. Send them and the scarf back. I know for a fact they're not damaged or scratched. I'm not going to deal with someone who is going to slam me on a rating without speaking to me first. If my care of packaging, the gift and the little cute note I put in doesn't show you what kind of seller I am, I don't know what you tell you.

@kristinian I'm sorry I'm just now going through all my favs and I hate this synthetic stuff bc I spent a lot of money on some (not on this site but another and it's hard to find real leather???) and the synthetic ones I bought paid 80$ for are cracking already after 2 wears!! I love the shoes but gotta keep thinking on it bc I have a ton of shoes!!

@kristinian that's odd why the booties (they are tan) I can't remember the name but the inside tounge of it is tearing up badly I've only worn 2 times for maybe 3 hours it's crazy!! I have heard of the bonded synthetic leather I even have a few pairs of shoes made out of it. But have a large shoe collection and just bought them. Do yours come w the box?
