Vintage Black Sweater Dress with Turtleneck/Collar

The design element of this vintage black sweater dress is the 2 changeable styles of the collar: buttoned up like a turtleneck or unbuttoned to have the pieces lie like regular collars. (See pictures.) The dress is a bit loose on me (size 3/4), so I'm guessing size 6 or M. I used a belt but the dress doesn't come with any. Style your own way to show your fashion.
