ten21eleven @mmrock Hi there! I'm not exactly sure what you mean by runs full. It's definitely not a fitted/ body hugging type fit. It's more of a casual/ loose fit. I'm out of the Large sizes, but could try to get you measurements at the waist and hem of the Small and Medium if you'd like. You could measure that against something you already have that fits you the way you like. :)

ten21eleven @mmrock The small measures 18" armpit to armpit. The waist is approx. 18.5" across, and the very bottom of the shirt measures 21" across. That's laying flat and not pulled taut. Let me know if I can help you with anything else!
