White House Black Market party dress

Fun & flouncy! White dress with black sash & bubble hem. Dress has a shiny finish. 71% rayon, 18% polyester, 11% nylon, lining is 100% acetate. Very tiny discoloration on the inside lining as shown in last two photos. Can't see unless you look inside the dress.
