Sexy Black Cocktail Dress from Lulu's

This Lulu's black 3/4 sleeve length dress is stunning! New with tags - black with detail on the sleeves and the height waist. I purchased in a size Small and when I went to try it on, the piece around the chest actually ripped - see the last picture. It looks super easy to sew, but I'm just not going to take the time to do it when it doesn't fit my bust. FYI: My bust is a 32DD so anything smaller than that and it should fit you perfectly.
