This dress could be worn with or without he adjustable elastic straps. It is super stretchy, ruched and tiered throughout with metallic beaded accents and a rock style exposed zipper in the back. There is non slip strip along the inner front top to keep dress in place. The stretch fabric has about 4 in. of stretch. Approximate length: 31"-33" Sz 12: Armpit to armpit: 16.5"; Sz 14: Armpit to armpit: 17"; Sz 16: Armpit to armpit: 18"; Sz 20: 19"; Sz 22: 20"; Sz 24: 21"; Sz 26: 22"

kasiastaud I think so, but can’t be sure. I’ve sold a few different sizes with no complaints. I’ve measured all the sizes and they go up an inch or so, for each size. The Dress has a lot of stretch,
