sueellenmcgoey @mollydooker amazingly our family farm was in wigham ga. Most of my family is in Atlanta area. My stepfather sold our 50 acre horse farm in 95 when my mother died unexpectantly from cancer. Miss home so much!

missjulieboo @sueellenmcgoey he def has the foundation look! I thought he was, but didn't want to speculate and possibly offend lol. All I have are Quarters. I'm a big fan of Impressive lines...I've never had one HYPP, but they have grit and heart in my opinion. :)

sueellenmcgoey @missjulieboo yes my friend had an impressive th At i kept for her she was amazing! But unfirtunately was positive. She lost her a few years after moving to her own place. Was heartbreaking. My daughters have stables in davie florida and n.miami if you ever get down that way look up M&M Stables north and south. The south also has petting zoo!

You def have to know how to manage it with their diet, etc. All of mine are trail horses...I barrel raced several years ago, but took a nasty fall and never got over it. In my childhood, I did hunt seat and some low hunters and very beginning level dressage. Only a mere pleasure rider in a barrel saddle now 😘

sueellenmcgoey @missjulieboo yes we are all barrel racers, me not so much anymore! Copd and a bad knee have really slowed me down! I start all our babies now. This little guy has stole my heart he id pretty special. Have already turned down offers on him. One of my friends wants to start him on barrels when he is old enough. I may consider that, as my girls have their hands full. We also have racehorses at gulfstream park that my oldest trains, so they have no time to train babies ion the pattern.

missjulieboo @sueellenmcgoey ohhh, this is so awesome! I was only a 4D racer and that was me learning on a horse I trained on barrels. I took her slow and spent countless hours doing slow work and never pushed her until she was ready. She would've been faster, but she waited for me and I was happy occasionally hitting the 3D and just having a good time. I won a saddle in a local jackpot series against some faster horses, but my consistent mare just kept winning 4D every week and racked up points. 💖

sueellenmcgoey @greatdanish no not at all! I miss it too,last 2 years dealing with knee surgery, just starting to feel like i could ride again. Need a replacement but waiting on stem cell therapy to advance. My cousin just had knee replacement yesterday :( Arthritis runs in the family.
