ridgetopslr74 @skendall63 It is a normal Size Small but I think it would still look good for someone who normally wears XS. It will not be big on you. Yes it looks like the model is wearing a cami or strapless top underneath. I kept one of these for myself and I usually wear a tan colored cami underneath and it looks great.
