@chickpea64 yes, simply slide apart the two ends. I make them standard a little smaller than the size of a dime, but can be made any size you need.

@moodtherapy can I get 6 of the dime size 2-16 gauge and 4-20 gauge and then get 2-20 gauge a size that is a little bigger? I want to put the bigger ones in my regular ear lobe piercing. Will they work for those too? If they will then I'll be getting 8 all together. I'm trying to get earrings that I can just keep in all the time and I tired of the studs stabbing my head at night. I think these will be perfect.

@shelli79 Hello, I am sorry for the delay. The gauge.. Do you have any idea what gauge you have worn before? Normally when someone does not know I would suggest 20 gauge. But 20g is much thinner than the one in the pictures. I think 16g is the size in the pictures.

@moodtherapy Part A)OMGosh, Ha Ha Ha ha ha...Thanks I needed those laughs! #1My biggest question is the wire thin enough to bend so I can turn into the ear lobe. ( my 2nd piercing is 5mm apart from first one.( I will have to eyeball a few sm.hoops I have & put on,2 get the mm for the heart!
