Free People Dress

Beautiful, flirty and fun "peasant" style dress. "Pleated" bodice with empire waist, fully lined (dark navy lining). The straps are removable/adjustable. This dress has a little bounce to it when you walk. Hits just below the knee (I am 5'6). Colors: navy blue, periwinkle, white, and yellow. I have always thought of this dress as "hippie meets Alice in Wonderland". Offers welcome!
