Beautiful condition worn once on Halloween possibly 17- 18 years ago and than it's been in the closet in plastic since ( bought with the red Sparkly shoe) it's so old it's Made in the USA. I believe it's velour or Velvet 100% polyester fabric really thick heavy soft (black part) red is like mesh fabric. Looks like a GIANT tank top until you put it on, I paid over$120 way back when for this. I have always hand washed it. Very briefly in special soap

gothchic13 @sgarhammer I will have to measure this item but it's very long the one time I used it I had to wear platforms to keep it off the ground.
