🐘🐚Adorable blue elephant skirt🐚 🐘

I never wore this skirt but it was handed down to me so I'm assuming it has been worn. It's super cute . The waist has elevator so stretches pretty well. It says it's one size but I'd say it's small or medium. A large and up wouldn't fit. Not too short and has a neat look to it . Let me know if you have any questions!❤️❤️( not from forever 21 )
