mere5 @beckyrosen Hi sweetie, all Celine luggage bags are totes unless they include a strap. An authentic Celine luggage bag should never fit comfortably on the shoulder because they make the straps shorter . If a Celine fits completely over the shoulder its a fake copy 💕
