New, with a fabric black band. About the color, it is really up to you to decide what color you think they are. I just wrote a color I thought was accurate just to. You decide what color it is for you. It looks very natural, like human hair but it is not. These hair like bangs are nowhere to be found. I bought them, like four years ago and never wore them because they just don't look good on me. It took me months, at that time, to find them. If you like them, don't doubt about getting them 😉

jesicarabbit @lina2003 look at the blonde one you sold. Yes that would've been a better color. The one I had just clipped in. The head band would restrict different hairstyles. But it is still super cute.
