Halter Semi Formal Dress

This dress is so gorgeous! I bought from another Posher, but it's a bit too big for me. 😭 the halter straps are adjustable and with some quick sewing you could adjust the clasps to fit you best! I think it would be better on a bustier medium or perhaps even a large. Let me know if you'd like the measurements! Gorgeous Navy blue!
