No alterations, floor length tulle skirt, sweetheart neckline, ballgown. Beautiful pink with flattering rhinestone designs from the bust to the waist, lined, back zip, hook and eye closure. Includes matching tulle wrap. Purchased for a formal dance, had to cancel and never went. NWT, tried on in store and at home. The very bottom of the skirts appear to be slightly dirty from the dress being tried on in the dress shop by others as well as my daughter. Please ask any questions.

4tornados @chrissymaykatie Hello, No, the dress did not come with straps. There are 4 spots that appear to be made of thread (inside the top of the bodice in front and back) that could support decorative straps but nothing substantial or supportive.
