@blanca1376 this does not come with a belt. There are tassels on a string in each cuff that can be removed if you want a bell sleeve.

Hi. If I'm a size 4, 5'5, 34B would I be a small or medium

@marceirby the difference in length between small and medium is virtually null. The bust size is wear I would determine size. I would prefer a loose fit so I would get medium. However if you want a more fitted bust small would be the choice.
