littlegypsie @jbreesmith ok- so, it needs to fit more in the chest- the Pit to Pit lying flat is 18.5"/it will stretch comfortably to 22.5". It's fairly roomy in the waist and hips- around 23" with a comfortable stretch. I hope that's helpful.

littlegypsie @jbreesmith ok, so I just checked the standard US women's size chart for a 16- it would be tight across the chest...I wouldn't want you to buy something too tight
