jen_is_lost @hannahmorrrow sorry it took a minute to find the tape measure. This measures 18" across the bust laying flat because it has elastic across the top it has 1" extra if needed and is 19" from top to bottom in the front and 20" in the back. Remember it's off the shoulder so don't think it's a short top.
