mndwiley @make_me_pretty sorry for the late response. It is not a stretchy material. But does have a stretchy elastic waist and has a slip underneath that is stretchy. It is a chiffon like material.

mndwiley @irina8 Thanks! I would think they should fit. Of course I cant be positive. I used to be a small-medium, but now am more of a medium-large. Those clothes fit (and this dress) when I was smaller than I am now.

irina8 Thank you, Amanda. my only concearn is the length. I work in a bank (teller), they are strict about the dress code here. And it is a rural area in Oklahoma too. :( We moved here b/c of my husband's work.
