Patterned Blouse with Tie

Polka dot patterned black and white tank Blouse. Somewhat of a Racerback with translucent tie in front. The tie is adjustable and can be style in a bow or knot. There are two buttons on the shirt beneath where the tie falls. Fabric is translucent but lined with another black fabric. Great top for a work ensemble.
