myclosetstylist Hi Regina, Well, since a "large bust" is relative I can't say with certainty. If we are talking double Ds then probably not. If you regularly wear a small medium on the top (?), I'd say that is a good possibility tho! This is an amazing piece- quite frankly I'm surprised it's still here. ❤️ -Cie
