lahela73 @stacelauren This is a friend's wedding dress. Worn once. Only alteration is to add bustle. She is about 5'5-5'6 and wore flats with it.

lahela73 @kelsy2013 So measuring just straight across flat is 10 inches but the bust part comes out when worn. She is a 34 C. Waist is 11 inches flat and hip is 15 inches flat but it's currently tied in the back...its a corset so you can fit it to your body size. Hope that helps.
