jooky @cieradm well the first thing is know your Market. Don't sell things just because you think they're pretty or trendy make sure it's something you know or are willing to learn about. Then you can do research on wholesale providers for the items you want to sell and purchase some things in bulk. Be wary of purchasing through Posh Mark's wholesale portal. They do have a lot of awesome things but I believe most of them to be overpriced so do your research!

jooky @cieradm make sure you get your items out there by sharing at least three or four times a day, your entire closet! Definitely share other peoples items that you see in your newsfeed also, but focus on your own way more. Answer questions as quickly as possible so you don't give people time to search for what they want in someone else's closet. jooky @cieradm find suggested users with hundreds of thousands of followers that you can go and share their closet. If they share you back a lot you'll get a lot more exposure because they have so many followers. You can try those follow games that a lot of people do but I find they don't work as much as they claim to, but whatever helps even a little bit is good💝

cieradm @jooky Did you have to get a business license to sell through poshmark if your closet it more of a boutique and you're selling for profit?

jooky @cieradm no you don't. But in order to purchase inventory from certain wholesale companies they require your business license / state tax certification or license.
