Has anyone else had a problem with this person. I purchased some pants from her yesterday. Today she has cancelled my purchase. They have already taken the funds for the purchase out of my account. I messaged her and she blocked me. How am i getting my money back.

vs_angel25 @alishawilson74 yes as long as you didn't accept the order and say it was delivered or anything. She's probably not trying to scam you, she doesn't get the money until you say it was delivered.

rudegyal This is the second post I've seen where someone has done this. I wish Poshmark would do something about it. I can understand changing your mind, but reposting and reselling after cancelling is just inconsiderate. I'm sorry that happened to you. Usually funds go back into your account within a few hours to a day.

alishawilson74 @rudegyal it took me almost 3 weeks to get my money. But i just couldnt believe she did it. Said her and her daughter had differences on the item. I just recently bought a hoodie that was supposed to be perfect. But has tiny little stains all over it. U couldnt see them on here in the picture but it is neon yellow. I got home and tryed on and its covered

rudegyal @alishawilson74 never accept items that are not as described !! If you haven't yet, open a claim. I used to just accept when I was new. People cannot do that to you, they know what they're selling and they must disclose any wear stains etc.
