Hi!! I want to buy this for a friend obsessed with butterflies. She’s a size 42 in Europe which comes to US size 10. Can you confirm this dress might fit her? I don’t know if XL would measure up to it. According to my research, two websites say that size 10 (42 in Europe) comes to 37½-39” bust and 30.5-32” waist; 41“ hips. Another website says it comes to 42“ bust, 36” waist, 46” hips. Just curious and wanted to see what you thought! Also, does this dress have a tag? Thanks!!

@gogopher Hello! It's difficult to predict accurately, since measurements change from brand to brand. I usually wear a size 10 or 12 and the XL fits me perfectly! It's a bit snug on the bust so if the wearer is larger than a 38C it may be uncomfortable. I'd say the first set of measurements you mentioned may be more accurate. I think if she fits a 40 or 42, this should fit well. You could get her exact measurements OR measure a dress that you know fits her.
