bellagibson Hi! Just saw your review. Boots were never used. You can see wrinkles but that’s natural from being tried on. As you can see, the photos are accurate. The bottoms soles aren’t scuffed and or uneven. I apologize if you’re not happy with the boots. I’ll gladly take it back and give you the money after posh fees. I can give it to someone else that will love those boots.

icecreamloverrr @bellagibson When I opened the package, I was a little bit upset about them because there're deep wrinkles on them and under the bottom and the inner side there're noticeable scratches which were hard to be caused just by trying on. I mean if the seller had been honest at those points, I would have bought them still because with the reduced price, they're worth purchasing.

icecreamloverrr @bellagibson I was so happy to find them in my size and now I'm still ok with the condition of these boots actually. I still want to keep them for me. I just don't wanna have the feeling that someone is not honest to me. That's it!! Other than that I can't complain about anything else.
