custom2it @adrmmr216 ok. This is a 42r it's a vintage men's meduim which is larger then a woman's. A large might be to big. But if your wanting that oversized look. Well go with large. I wear a meduim in levi cuz the sleeves in large are to long. I wear a 14/15 I'll make a large and you can decide then
