Hello! Could you share the measurement: armpit to armpit, length from neck to bottom, how long are the sleeves ?. Also, does still has the material/care tag inside?

I need that very same info before I could buy this top. Otherwise I can't tell if it'd fit on me so I could wear it. Nor could anyone else. Please could you post the measurements and the fabric content?
