Blue Prom Dress

This is a blue formal dress I wore to prom. It has been stored in a plastic cover in a closet, and the only wear is that the paint is slightly chipped off the zipper. This was originally strapless, but the seamstress added straps from the material when she hemmed it up; it is now 54 inches from strap to hem bust is 16 inches (see measurement pics); I wore it with heels and I am about 5'2". This dress is made of organza with a polyester underlay, beading on top. No trades, offers welcome! ❤
