This is a beautiful vintage cameo pendant with a gold tone (which could be gold filled or plated) chain. I am not certain if it is shell or resin. The back of the pendent has a bit of tarnishing due to its age, otherwise in good vintage condition. The cameo pendant is 1 1/8 and the chain is 16 inches long with a 2 inch extender.
