treschictropics @acorn88 You were right! The measurements are with dress lying flat. There is quiet a bit of stretch to the material. So it's forgiving. And the skirt portion is lined!

madbadger i ordered a small in this dress-- you sent 2 skirts and bath soaps as a mistake to my address. i'm now dealing with poshmark and they are demonstrating absolutely terrible customer service. i hope that you will do your best to correct the error as well in a timely fashion. thank you.

treschictropics @madbadger I just figured it out. I'm very very sorry! I have a lot of good days but I have an occasional bad one too. No excuse but I'm undergoing chemo & sometimes I have brain fog so I'm not as sharp. Again, I'm not trying to make excuses. I messed up. But I will fix it. Unfortunately your dress went to someone else so I need to get it. If I had another one I'd send it but I don't. Let me see where your dress is doll. Don't fret. I promise I'll fix it.
