One-Shoulder Flowy Top

Deep blue colored one shoulder top from Express. The side with the sleeve has a place for your arm to go through and the rest is sewn up, so only outside of the shirt is flowy! (If that makes sense if not please feel free to ask me questions sometimes I'm horrible at describing things.) The side without the sleeve is scrunched up on the side.
