@lollieshopping Absolutely, the dress should have two tassels to tie and make a bow. I did steam the garment when it arrived but I must have missed this production error when doing it. I will of course replace the garment or if you would prefer to cancel the order all together I completely understand. I apologize for all of the trouble this is no doubt causing you!! If you would like it replaced I will order immediately. again, I am sorry!!

@feelfree2016 oh you have no idea. I was ready to quit Posh over this dress! 😡😱 I had cases opened for loose threads and ppl who didn't read and apparently were expecting a $280 Spell dress for $50. When I ordered them, I had no idea they were replicas - honest to God- just thought they were pretty. Anyway, enough ppl loved them that I decided to just deal with it.

@feelfree2016 I modified my listing to state- there may be a few loose threads but I carefully inspect every single one (and steam them so the fabric looks nice) and put inspection stickers on every package before shipping- it's a huge hassle clipping and folding and steaming those babies but they sell so I decided to keep them

@feelfree2016 and honestly, I have items that get consistent 5 stars ✨ then there will be one who comes along and hates on it. I've developed the attitude that you do your best but some ppl just aren't going to be happy no matter what- it's part and parcel with sales. And hey, anyone buying online is looking at pics that are never going to be exactly the same- and that goes for Spell and Free People. I've bought FP clothes online and had them arrive looking not exactly as pictured. 🤗

@foxarazzi 2 out 3 sales I had cases for threads and I had already clipped and inspected. However, one loved it.......go figure!! If you want a 250 dollar dress or a 150 dollar top you have to go pay that.......and that still doesn't mean the quality will be better always. The pink and white ruffle that just came in is beautifully made. They all end up coming from the same place. However; if it says Kors or Spade all is ok????

@feelfree2016 and if you are referring to the white blouse- that one has gotten mostly 5 stars but a few have given it 3 stars recently- and mainly because they didn't like the fit- and I am very explicit about asking me for fit recommendations- the measurements do not always tell the full story. I try everything on now- every size and that gives me the best gauge on fit. If they want it off the shoulder- I let them know- definitely size up.

@feelfree2016 exactly!!! So if you notice in my dress listing I state: there may be loose threads- but I will inspect and snip and ensure it is nothing major. I think ppl use it as an excuse to return so I nipped that in the bud. It's a beautiful dress for the price- a lot of fabric and threadwork tho and yes, everything is from China these days. Check your labels ppl.

@foxarazzi I have been saying the shoulders are tight but naturally it will that be that way so it will stay up. If you prefer your clothes don't stay up this isn't the option for you. Of course it is tighter at the top people. LOL!! I think the FP stuff is a waste of money personally but people are nuts for it but the one that slays me is the lemons and lovers!!! My goodness💸💸💸💸

@feelfree2016 I agree. I buy FP only if it's on sale - and then it's the price it should be. I love For Love and Lemons but I'm hard pressed to justify spending $200-400 on every item- that's a splurge for my current budget. I love beautiful fabric and appreciate amazing construction but I also like not going broke so some of these replicas satisfy my needs. Like that long white dress I have listed at $75- absolutely gorgeous- great quality- so it cost more-
