Formal dress

Formal dress by my Michelle size 1. Brand new with tags. This dress has a pretty embellished waistband and pretty black top. The top is stretchy and follows through to the back where it meets a self tie bow. Has a slight dark gray metallic sheen to it on the bottom with a crinkled look (it closely resembles the look of velvet from a far). Very cute for a prom, ball, or dance! Add to a bundle :)
