ninosbby @boldandbashful thanks for the quick response !! It's for my daughters sweet 16 and she wears a small medium in a shirt so do you think this would fit her? Should I measure her around the chest/rib area first really quick?

octoberlush @ninosbby Yeah sure! You can measure her under arms, bust, waist and I can give you the same approximate measurements from the dress. But just a heads up I won't be able to send the measurements for a few hours since I'm out right now.

octoberlush @ninosbby It buttons down the entire front of the dress. Here are the approximate measurements taken across the garment laying flat (just double if you need the full circumference measurement). Top of dress: 14", Bust level: 14", Waist level: 12.5". There is elastic in the top hem band which gives a little more stretch not accounted for in the measurements above. Fingers crossed it'll fit your daughter!

ninosbby @boldandbashful I really really want to buy it I'm not certain it will button up the front of the hip cause we are built thick in the hip area :( I really really wish I knew for sure if it would cause I love it does the brand run like super small or is the small like a small/ med?

octoberlush @ninosbby That's ok! There's a slip lining inside and I would def say it runs more small than a small/med.
