@bethybd I don't have a one size (OS) listed. The XL/0X are the same size. I listed under both because some ladies search by one type of sizing or the other. Some of my items have an XL/1X listed if it's a little bit on the bigger side for an XL as opposed to being a little on the smaller side. The garment is about 47" at the bust, but is supposed to have more of a loose fit.
