mprovisor @hannahgrace17 so welcome! Laying flat this is about 14.5 inches across the top but it's stretchy with elastic for around the shoulders at the top area where I measured so it can definitely stretch to fit!

mprovisor @meredith0709 I can measure for you in a few days, i am out of town until then unfortunately. However this dress is very flowy and isn't meant to be tight at all so I think you will be totally fine!
