tinaphamtastik @nikitapepper Hi, this is a boutique dress. It’s either Soprano or Mai Tai. Made in the US. There is not a slip underneath it. It is one layer of thick material but it is clingy so I would wear stickies for when you can’t wear a bra. Hope this helps.
