sexysupershero @kaarina718 hi! Either one, the medium measures 31 inches in the waist and is for size 10. Just that jeans come in different size formats but mean the same thing. So check the measurements provided for the medium and purchase either 31 or 10 as they would be the same thing . does that make sense?

sexysupershero @kaarina718 no problem! Keep in mind to measure the waist from the point of the rise, so the large has a 10.5 inch rise (from crotch, making them high-waisted), that's the point at which you measure around the waist :)
