@emmyleehud hi, its just under 14" lying flat. When i measure the circumference I get between 27.5-28". Hope that helps. Im a size 4 and its pretty true to size.

@fsulz Hi, no problem. It is 16 inches across lying flat. I get between 31 and 32 inches circumference with my tape measurer. Hope that helps :)
