This is a beauty! So classic and perfect. Escada by Margaretha Ley. Slightly pleated and draped front. Belt hoops. "Pure New Wool". Probably from the 1980s. Excellent vintage condition- tag must have faded and now says Nargaretha.

What would be the hip measurement? I mean laying flat without the pleats opening
