Button snap thick waist belt with flowers

Pre-loved. Black with silver colored snap buttons for closure. Stretchy band with three fabric flowers with pearls and gems that reflect light. Center flower is ivory/cream color. Perfect to wear over a dress, skirt, etc. Adds something extra. Flowers measure at 9". Belt open length: 30.5" long. Belt is 2.5" thick.
