simplycassandra I can see by this you've had an unfair rating by someone who didn't like "how their item fit". It's sad that you had to write this because you do post measurements for all to see. Would you mind if I maybe used this? This isn't the first time I've heard of someone rating based on the way the clothing fit even with correct measurements in the description. I've gotten negative reviews for absolutely no reason before and when I would reach out to ask why they would never respond. The sad thing is there are just a lot of negative people out there that will go out of their way to be unfair with anything 😖😩

goldenbeevntg @safarimg I've had the same thing happen with items where I mentioned flaws & took pics of them and still got a 1 or 2 star rating. I've gotten 1 star ratings for an item not fitting when I provided all accurate measurements too! It's crazy sometimes but I try to shrug it off now because you will always eventually come across stuff like that from time to time! You're not alone at all! 💕

So hello think a little you're buying very used worn uggs. God. I swear. I'd understand the bad review if I said these are new and hello this came in. They aren't even damaged!!

rosegal123 @kaybee2024 it's usually the people that only buy on here and then posh sides with the buyer. Not really fair but this is the easiest place to sell. I was on here a year ago and got so fed up I quit. A buyer saw all the flaws on a MK purse I was selling for $30. I had detailed pics and PM still gave her the return. Oh well the good sales make up for it. Usually. haha hoping you get lots of good sales and nice buyers!

_yoyitascloset_ Love your closet! need advice - have a buyer that purchased a dry-cleaned - excellent condition - barely worn red blazer - she says she took it to dry cleaners because of mild dew odor - she paid $31 and spent $7 on dry cleaning again- she wants to return. I am new at this and my ratings have been 5 starts all the way! How do i approach her? can you direct me? If the order was already accepted by the buyer they cannot return the item, if it hasn’t yet been accepted, the buyer can file for a return through poshmark that way and they will either accept or deny the return. Every sale and return is processed by / through poshmark to protect both the seller and the buyer!
